PROPERTY SECURITY & MAINTENANCE CHECKS
We will keep a close eye on your property, paying regular inspection visits in order to spot, report and resolve any issues immediately. Scheduled in compliance with your property insurance policy, our detailed checks offer security protection and peace of mind whilst you are away.
KEY HOLDING
As a trusted key holder, we are on call around the clock to deal with everything from day-to-day maintenance to emergencies, such as gas leaks and floods. We will also liaise, on your behalf, with third parties that require access to your home.
HOUSEKEEPING
