Georgina Winfrey, Founder & Director
Born in Helford, to a long line of property specialists, I have a deep-rooted, local understanding of Cornwall, it’s unique properties and communities. Through the years I have developed a strong interest and insight into the local area and the value second home ownership brings to it.
With over 10 years of experience in providing luxury property management and concierge services to discerning clientele, both in the UK and abroad, I am committed to providing the highest level of customer service. This has led me to identify a need for a more personal and bespoke approach to managing client’s homes and the value I could deliver in bringing these sought-after services to Cornwall.
I returned to Cornwall with the aim of setting this up. Initially working for the family business in order to gain project management experience, I was fortunate enough to further develop my relationships with tradesmen and suppliers that I trust to deliver the standards of service and craftsmanship that I believe my client’s properties deserve – many of whom I have known and respected all of my life.
My aim is to provide a trustworthy and personal service that goes above and beyond, enabling clients to make the most of their property and time in Cornwall and helping them to create lasting connections with and within the local community.
